Me and a guy wants to get married this year.
Please send the documentation and the process for court marriage
Respected madam,
If you wish to get married in mumbai or Thane then procedure is first you have to do submission and then you will get registration date of after 30 days and on that day you both have to present with 3 witnesses

Court marriage follows with steps subject to furnishing all the details required such as age proof, residence proof, and witnesses. Notice of intend to marriage to be submitted to the registrar. Publication of notice. Objections to marriage if any raised. Signing of declaration and issuance of certificate of marriage. It generally takes 1.5 month period of time.

your id proofs are a must. aadhar card as well as any other document. residential proof is anorher oldocument that is required. in case you do not have a property of your own, kindly carry your registered rent agreement or guradian's/parent's ownership papers. at least 3 photographs of both the parties are required. need to apply 1 month in advance after which you can have your registered marriage done.
