The karta of HUF expired. No male co-parcener are available. only female membersare available. what are the next steps
Dear Sir,
Even females may act as kartha of HUF as per recent trends and settled law of the land. If male member is not available then female member who is elder in the family may be chosen as kartha of the family. She can step into shoes of kartha and shoulder all the responsibilities of kartha.
