problems with in-laws, mental abuse and intruding in conjugal life.

23-Feb-2023 (In Family Law)
To my in-laws I'm an outsider and I have to follow them blindly. My husband even though we had a love marriage do follow them blindly. Even with a thorough marriage counciling season where the councilor suggested seperate arrangement for my husband and me from my in-laws, my husband is denying that. He is arguing as he has a house building loan to pay off. Both my in-laws are still working. My mother-in-law works in post office and has mental illness. But none cares to treat the condition properly. Now I'm 8 months pretand had to move to my parents house for my safety and security and well being. My husband visits me every week and spends 2 nights with me and provides my medical bills. I'm scared for the future of my baby and my self. Please suggest me what should I do?

You need to send him a letter through your lawyer ststing facts. Even court has stated if wife is uncomfortable with attitude of in laws she can live sepate with husband and seek maintenance, if he doesnt change, then initiate proceedings
