preventing school to give leaving certificate of my daughter to wife

my wife is moving abord but my daughter 11 year old not interested but my wife forcefully trying to take her aboard my wife has 100000 salary and i have 10000 salary what to do also she is trying to remove her from pune school and forcing her to satata city hostel without my permission can school give leaving certificate to my wife can i stop to principal to give leaving certificate to wife without my sign. what to do so the school principal should not give leaving certificate to my wife
You can send a written notice to the school stating that you don't consent to the child being withdrawn and that the mother is not authorised to unilaterally take such actions. However, the school is not bound to follow through the said notice unless accompanied by a court's order of injunction stating so.

Well, you can send a Legal Notice to the Principal asking him to not grant LC, i.e, Leaving Certificate to your Daughter on the application made by your Wife. If Principal acts against your Interest being a Father, without seeking your permission, then, you will file a case against him in Court, as your Wife is not having sole Custody of Child, so whatever decision she has to take in her Welfare, it will be taken jointly by you, that is, Father and Mother both, if anyone of you does not agree on a particular subject, then, decision relating to such subject cannot be taken, hence plans relating to such subject or issue needs to be put aside for rest.
