Pressurized into giving my salary to my parents by them,my brother &re
21-Mar-2023 (In Family Law)
Age 27,I am being forced by my parents to give my entire salary to them.I earn around 1.5 Lac/month.My parents have been abuse towards me since I was a kid.I faced a lot of mental & physical abuse(lot of beatings) from them esp my mother for studies & also to be her obedient little kid & also she always said that you will have to give me full salary after you get the job. This lasted till 23.
Somehow by hooks & hardwork, I got a job & now earn pretty good money.
But this corona came & went back to home due to uncertainty, now things have gotten worse between me & my family.
My mother being the manipulative one has entire family on her side.
I won't give my hard earned money at any cost , so I want to know how to break all legal ties with them(parents & brother & my parents family too). And I mean all , I don't want to see their faces again & if they try to interfere in my life again then I should be able to call police & file a case against them.
Hello Good evening I'm Advocate Vivek Mishra aa per your case yes you can file a case and can take legal action against them you can go legally against them . no need to worry for more query need to discuss your case
