Pregnant wife seeking divorce in mumbai

We are married since 01/02/2019 Hindu and my wife is 15 weeks pregnant , she has left to stay at her father's place stating incompatibility and seeking for divorce and her rights for alimony/child, what to do

If your wife is seeking divorce and has filed petition for divorce then you may contest it by putting up your contention before the Hon'ble court by filing reply to your wife's petition. You may file petition for restitution of conjugal rights.

dear client if u donot want divorce then u can deny for it and file case for restitution of conjugal rights and ask her come back. if u also want divorce then u both can file mutual divorce deciding terms related child custody and alimony. for any legal help call me adv Prasad Patil pune
