Pre Trial Steps In Case In Family Court Case

Hi, if a case is filed in family court, how many pre trial sessions will be there.. What are the procedures in pre trial steps

It depends on the type of family case . If your case is a mutual divorce , there will be no Trial a such and only pre Trial steps includes the counselling/mediation, affidavits and it it will be considered within a specific separation time . For other cases like one sided divorce petitions , custody of the child , maintenance etc - considerable time will be spend on correspondence / summons , Interlocutory applications for interim reliefs , handling of proceedings my Chief Ministerial Officer ( C M O ) etc.
