Pre Marriage Finance Advise Ad

I am the only kid to my parents. The house we like is in my name and most of the cash out family has is also in my name. I am having an arranged marriage in the next 2-3 months. I am unable to fully trust my to-be-wife right away. How do I make sure all my property is secure and does not fall into the hands of my wife, god forbid if there is a case of separation in future. I want to keep things safe for my old parents. I have heard that PRE-NUM is not allowed in India. Please suggest...

Gift everything to your mother. that way you won't be liable to pay much of maintenance or alimony in case of divorce. what is pre-num if you kindly explain. if you need more advice you can contact any lawyer who is local.

Kindly transfer the property to your parents and thereafter make a will of your Parents naming you as nominee and get it registered... this will atleast be something, because now the property is in your parents name... and it will come to you in the long if something will happen with your wife , it will happen in the next 2-3 years... by that time your parents will live, and then thereafter the property will come back to you...
