Polygamy by father, mental harrasment, and property dispute

My father has been having an extra marital affair with a lady, with whom he has a child out of the wedlock. He harasses us, and my mother specially and doesn't pay for our maintanence. He only pays his girlfriend and doesn't care about anyone in the family. There are also cases of abuse and domestic violence from his side. What are the charges that we can press against him?

Hi you and your mother has the right to file a case against your father because he is liable to maintain his children and wife. in your question you have mentioned your father has filed a domestic violence case. a male cannot file a domestic violence case against case against a female rather your mother can file a.case against your father his family members even his concubine if she is misbehaving with your mother or committing any type of cruelty whether mental or physical. for further queries please contact
