Police harassing my father on false complaint made by my step brother

my step brother harassed my father with stupid issues and he went to police and blamed on my father with no any reason and police everyday called my parents and my step brother always told them to come another day i m really very upset i want to complained against him ...can i ???

Yes you can file complaint against your step brother and you can also make complaint before the higher official in case the police is harassing without any reason. You have every right to get your grevience redressed from competent authority

Dear questioner, if this is the dispute regarding property, then sit and settle at once rather being harassed by him or police authorities. And if he's unnecessary harassing you then go for a legal procedure. He can be stopped legally only. Don't be the puppets of police.

You can file a complaint with SDM for ignition of proceedings u/s 107/ 150 cr. P.C asking for directions to police to get a bond from brother for not committing any unlawful act of harassment which can lead to breach of peace.
