Yes, the Power of attorney can seek permission to engage advocate and he can sign all applications, file suit, sign VP and can do all acts on petitioner's behalf. Moreover all such powers shall be mentioned in detail in the POA and on the basis of the POA, the person to whom the power is given can do all acts as if he himself is a petitioner.

The answer is yes.the petitioner can authorise a power of attorney holder to appoint advocate for family court Matter or matrimonial cases. In family court the petitioner has to ask permission for appointment of advocate for doing proceeding in his matter on behalf of the petitioner.so in the case of power of attorney,the P.O.A holder by producing notarized power of attorney can ask permission to appoint advocate on behalf of the petitioner in family court Matters.

It is only depends on what are the content in POA if power delidated to POA holder for appoint advocate than he or she do not have to take permission further if already in POA power deligate than POA holder can directly appoint Adv
