hi you could file petition for legal heir certficate in district court by filing all details in the cocerned court by attaching the details of the family members and for family member certificate you could file it in local mee seva centre or govt office

you need to approach tahsildar and move application with all the documents like death certificate of the deceased and your birth certificate Aadhaar card which shows that how you are related to deceased along with an affidavit
