Physical assault by brother wife and threatening of filing false case

My brother wife is threatening she will file false case against harassment and also physical assaulted my brother. She's not good at home and always keep recording Homely conversation and threatening she will file case and make us experience jail or undergo legal consequences. It's been 1 year since marriage taken place she went to her father home thrice like every 3-2 months.
file a complaint from your end against her for threatening and physical assault and other such acts narrating wach and every incident, police will conduct an preliminary enquiry and initiate actions against her and advice your brother to contact lawyer for marriage related issues

Before your brother's wife files any complaint, either yourself or your brother may lodge a complaint and also file Divorce case on the grounds of cruelty and unnecessary threatening from her side. If your brother supports you then if she files any false complaint approach High Court and get stay of such criminal proceedings and also get instant bail.
