Physical and mental torture by in-laws and husband threw me from home

I am Hindu and a resident of kolkata but married in Bhiwani district of Haryana. In-laws and husband are not allowing me enter my matrimonial home and threatening me to bury alive if I enter their home. They now want divorce from me and if I won’t then I will have to accept their slavery and cruelty on me in order to live with them.

hello you can lodge a complaint against them in the Police Station and also can file a case as per the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act where you can seek protection as well as mentainance from your Husband and also you can file an application under section 125 of CrPC for mentainence.. for further details please contact me so that i can help you properly to get proper releives

The first thing I want to know is if they r not allowing u to enter .wherever u.in Haryana or Kolkata Secondly why r they doing so.for dowry or any demands Thirdly what do u want.. U have many remedies under DV Act,under IPC

it is a clear case of domestic violence alongwith to seek for residence order from court as well as maintenenace and protection for yourself, before that you need to meet a lawyer and detail him facts so that relief can be given to you
