Pension was in hold for 35 years without given

My husband died on 1991 was working in central excise. He lived with his first wife for a year.Without divorce his first wife got married me in 1979. I have 4 children. His pension was not given to either of us. My husband dint mention anything in service record. Pension was in hold for past 35 years. First wife died last year. When I am asking in office they are not providing pension to me.
