PCR FOR BIGAMY AND CHEATING AGAINST WIFE AND INLAWS

I have been cheated/blackmailed by my inlaws to get married. My wife was already married when she married me, when we got to know about it she left home saying she would get all documents and details relating to it and come back with her parents. She filed 498a and maintenance case I want to file a PCR for bigamy and cheating. Not sure if she is legally divorced. What will be success rate to file PCR? I managed to get her marriage certificate from 1st wedding. Please let me know the price to file PCR
If there was a divorce and later she has married you. It will not help your case. If she has marries you with out getting divorce for earlier case then you will have a strong case to fight. If you have all the supporitng documentary proof of same then you can file and book a criminal case against her.
