Past few years my father is throwing me out of the house. He had said that he will set one business but now he is throwing out of the house not about business but he comes to fight and since my birth he is torchering me and my mother too but now he is not torchering my mother

Dear Sir, You must be in good books of your father otherwise he has a right to throw you out of the house. His responsibility ends when you attained age of majority that is crossed 18 years. If you are mother is in your good books then you can do something against to your father.
