Parents Violence in house ,Mentally ill mother 3 children suffering

Our Parents is mentally and physially torturing us for so many years..We wsnt to seperate with them because it is affecting our future,Can we do so?

Hello if you are being harassed by parents you have option move out from house and live separately. However your parents depending upon their age and source of income has right to demand maintenance. If there is any domestic violence inflicted upon your wife she can file complaint under domestic violence act. For further advice please share more details for appropriate remedy.

Yes, you can in case you are minor move a complaint in child welfare committe or else dial a child helpline number and lodge a complaint in case of further assitance what to write in complaint you can contact me
