Parents not allowing to go to husband after interreligious marriage

Sir mera nam hai . Maine apne dost se inter religion sadi ki hai by special marr. Act 1954. Now meri wife ke family wale use mere pas ane nai de rahe hai. Wo mere pas ana chahti hai per uske parents ne use ghar me band kr rakha hai. Sir mere pas kya kya leagal power hai????

There are multiple options, vzi:

1. Approach the police.
2. File complaint in Court.
3. File writ petition in High Court.

It is advisable to first approach the local police or file complaint in criminal court.

As per ur case u can file Under section 339,& 340 of indian penal code .As u have done marriage under special marriage act it seem u have right to live with ur wife freely in the society without any one interference .

YOU MAY FILE A WRIT APPLICATION BEFORE THE HIGH COURT AND PRAY FOR RECOVERY OF YOUR WIFE BUT BEFORE THAT YOU ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE THE INFORMATION OR REPRESENTATION TO LOCAL POLICE AND ANNEXING THAT REPRESENTATION FILE WRIT IN HIGH COURT AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE AND ONLY SPEEDY REMEDY IS TO MOVE BEFORE HIGH COURT

Hello,
You should file a Writ of Habeas Corpus in the High Court alongwith your legal marriage registration certificate and age certificate of the girl you will definately get help from the court
