Parents married the girl forcefully, wants to take divorce now

Me and a girl are in relationship since 9 years. Their parents knew this and they married her to his relative all of a sudden. She isn't willing to go to her husband house now. She is kept in her parents house and they are torturing her daily. Even they are threatening me as well. We both are Hindu family. What is the solution to get out of this problem. How to get divorce for them. They were married in the month of May. It was all of a sudden done in Temple.
tell girl to convince the husband and go for mutual divorce . please confirm which year?.

You can ask the girl to apply for divorce if she loves you and don't wanted to live with him. But have to wait one year for mutual divorce if her husband excepts otherwise it is difficult. You have to be very cautious and will be in trouble if they file adultery case on you. If the girl is happy or don't want to come back then leave it and concentrate on your life.
