Mother is afraid to file a complaint against my younger brother with the police station as he is the worker of rulling party. After lodging he again will run domestic violence. Is there any way in this regard?

As per guidelines of the top court of law a police officer is bound to accept complaint sent by post and register it within 24 hours and if such not done its contempt of court and file domestic violence case against son.

where is need of making any complaint with Police you may direct approach to the court under your jurisdiction for parents maintenance and protection. It is your right under the law to seek remedy through court.

Member of Rulling Party, so what. Law is walk in its own course. Please lodged complaint against your brother and stated that, he will attack as he belongs to the rulling party. If the Police do not take any action against him, met with an advocate and file Case U/S 156 (3) Cr. P.c. before the Ld. Court against him.
