Parents divorce and no one is ready to take responsibility of children

Me (Female, age, 20) and my brother (age 17) ,we live with our grandmother our grandfather dide few years ago . Our parents got divorced then my father married to another woman and due to her influence our dad left us behind and due to that my grandmother asked him to left the house. My grandmother is a diabetic patient and she is not capable of doing work. My brother can't work legally due his age. As I have completed my 12th two years ago. Iam working but that's not enough to feed my family...

you may claim maintenance for yourself as well as your brother. but your brother can claim maintenance only upto his age of majority. your grandmother can also claim maintenance from your father for her day to day expenses and living

Dear queriest, you can file for maintenance under section 125 crpc you and your brother, so that the court may consider the same and get the maintenance order for yourself and for your brother, for more information about the same kindly call me.

I think, you file a Petition in Court seeking Maintenance for you, your Brother and your elderly Grandmother under the concerned provisions of distinct applicable laws in India. However, to get successful Maintenance for all of you, you guys have to prove your relationship with your Dad.
