Parents asking to sign on Rs 100 stamp paper to take wife back

My wife gave complaint against me 1) SAKHI center( woman&chaild dept. ) 2) 498 A Complaint in woman P. S. 29-1-2018. - I submitted audios - showing her threatening of suicide, murder, abusive language for trivial issues. . Then their asked 2 days time. . Now they send proposal through mediators that"they asked signatures of me to send my wife back". I have so much angry on my wife because she kept criminal cases against me, my mother, &my sister. . .i am with 2 child &govt job. I am willing to her back without conditions . My wife also with distorted mind. She also willing for child sake. Can I sign on 100rs bond paper they wrote condition s in the presence of mediators . Is this letter cause any trouble in future.

The contents of the MOU must not be I such a manner that will admit your guilt. As you are entering into compromise; It is better to consult an advocate so that he may guide you in a better way andi the chances of future litigation may newspaper by you. Have a best reunion with ur wife andi kids..

Hi you can sign on the bond paper stating that you are willing to take your wife back subject to she apologising for mistakes, withdrawing her false complaints at Sakhi and police station etc. unless and until the stamp paper contains as above, you should not sign the same
