Parents always tortured harrassed mentally controlled

What can I do to prevent them disturbing me mentally
Due to their toxicity, I am planning to shift somewhere else, and I don't want them to come there and torture me there too, Kindly help me with strong legal action, so that they can't dare to threaten me .
