Overbearing parents hampering my freedom and liberty in delhi

I am a RBI assistant manager male living in RBI quarters in Delhi a my father who is a native of Odisha and government pensioner and financially independent regularlly visits a Delhi and fringes on my privacy and interferes in my day to day life causing mental harrassment .can I file a injunction to this matter so that he stops visiting my RBI quarter in delhi.due to this I am having lot of quarels with my father can a permanent injunction be filed against my father visiting RBI quarters

You can send him a legal notice regarding this issue and tell him to stop the unnecessary interference. And if you want to go to the court then you can always file for permanent injunction restraining him to visit your place and cause mental harassment. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
