Overbearing parents hampering my freedom and liberty in delhi

I am a RBI assistant manager male living in RBI quarters in Delhi a my father who is a native of Odisha and government pensioner and financially independent regularlly visits a Delhi and fringes on my privacy and interferes in my day to day life causing mental harrassment .can I file a injunction to this matter so that he stops visiting my RBI quarter in delhi.due to this I am having lot of quarels with my father can a permanent injunction be filed against my father visiting RBI quarters
You can send him a legal notice regarding this issue and tell him to stop the unnecessary interference.
