One of the Legal Heir is not interested in legal heir certificate

27-Dec-2023 (In Family Law)
My grandfather (Christian) passed away in 2021. He has a wife, 2 sons and a daughter, but one of is his sons is not in good terms with all the others and refuses to apply for legal heir certificate. Can the others alone apply for legal heir certificate? Or what else can be done to obtain legal heir certificate?

Yes, any one of the legal heir can apply for heirship certificate. You include all the heirs while applying. After verification you will be issued heirship certificate. The same could be used by all the heirs.
