One 20 years girl kept near me by her mother 6/7 months,in this period we felt in love,I am 47 years,but she accepted me, & urage me marry my family life has broken but not taken legal divorce,girl want to live with me live relation ship,but her against us,she forcefully taken away that girl from me,& makes physical & mental harrassment to her from two months,girl made many request to local police to escape her,also made whatssapp application but no one taken consideration girl want to come to me,she sent me whatssapp mesej & request me pliz take her with me.she loves me very much,can I make writ petition in highcourt to escape her pliz consult me any fast way to escape her from father's mother's custody I wiill pay proper fees of lawer,if anyone solve this issu argently
you cannot marry her as you are already married unless you are a muslim. As she is kept in a custody against her will a proceedings under section 97 of cr PC can be filed at the court having jurisdiction.
