On daily basis my father harass me and my mother

This is against my father as he is a alcoholic person and harrasing me and my mother every single hour of the day to no limits i am a kidney patient and on dialysis from 10 years he interrupt in my treatment also of dialysis and use foul language adgainst us

Well then, you can file a case of Mental Harrasment against him under the concerned provisions of the CPC, 1908, to seek monetary compensation from him for the damages he has caused to you + you can seek an injunction from court to prevent him to mentally harrass you + you can file a Criminal Case against him under the concerned provisions of IPC, 1860 for the mental harrassment done by him.
