You can always apply again in the session court on fresh grounds and change of circumstances. But if you want to go to HC then it’s advisable to wait for at least 15 days from the last rejected order of the sessions court.

If your bail has been rejected by the sessions court, you can immediately move to high court for filling a bail application as such there is no limitation. You need to obtain the certified copy of the order and you can then approach the High Court.
