obtaining divorce certificate from court

my son got divorced certificate from sharia law kolkata, India.we require certificate from Indian court.my son is a Canadian and resides in canada.he is getting married in canada.Canadian govt requires Indian court divorce certificate for marriage.pls inform how to obtain the certificate. pls inform on [email protected]

dear client as per your query since at the time bond marriage the marriage was registered or not and if registered then under which marriage act please say in details you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees....
