I filed a petition on restitution of conjugal rights as my wife went to their home and not coming back and their parents don't like our marriage because we did love marriage. Can we send the notice through any electronic media or any other way ?
Yes there are other ways of sending summons and you may do so subject to permission of the court. You need to file a petition for obtaining this permission for sending an electronic Summons.
