Not appear for court dates in husband wife case how to proceed

Hi my brother got warrant from court for didn't attend court dates so I am confused either he got arrest or he should pay fine to court . If he should pay fine how much it will be for not attend court dates from one and half years
On which cases basis issued notice should be know about that ..! And then fine it will be depend upon court con't say how much penalty ...! Before appear should consult the any advocate near you...

In criminal Case if the party will remain absent after the notice is served , even though he is having knowledge or not the court will issue Non Bailable warrant. The order of the Non bailable warrant can be recalled on the next date of hearing by filing necessary application. The court may impose cost while allowing the application.
Moreover the cost cannot be explained. It is very from subject matter of the case and quantum of cost is the discretionary power of the Presiding officer.
