My paternal grandmother is living with her daughter where the daughter controls her day to day activities and the daughter is not sharing any documents of proof of address like Aadhaar PAN Voter card of the grandmother to her sons(daughter is not sharing with her brothers). One brother has passed away.Is there any way for the deceased brother's son to legally ask for the documents?

Your question is incomplete. There are many detaild missing. A paternal grandmother is living with her daughter but not with her sons. Now the grand child of deceased son doesn't want her but wants her ID proofs only. What for.?
