Non-settlement of amount received from unmarried deceased sister reg..

My younger last sister who has received amount of my deceased sister on our behalf and also signed in bond is not distributing to all family members even after one and half years of receipt of amount,She tells and asks us "where it is there that it should be distributed now only".I want to get my share and proceed for futher settlemnt of my deceased sister.We belong to Hindu family

Dear Sir, You can lodge a complaint with the concerned authority and also with Police for not giving your share of amount. Since she has signed bond having received your share also as such she is suppose to return your share under acknowledgement otherwise cheating case can be registered against her.
