Dear Sir, Under the provisions of Senior Citizens Act the children are suppose to maintain the parents and also look after towards medical needs. In Karnataka the Assistant Commissioner, Revenue is the Nodal Officer before whom a complaint can be lodged and it will be decided within Sixty to One Hundred and twenty days.
