No contact from wife even after sending legal notice

5 months back, My wife's father came to my home early morning and threatened my elderly parents and took my 2 childrens while sleeping and my wife in harsh manner in my absence and till now no contact from them.
My wife listens to her father only.
I am worried about my kids a lot without contact.
We sent legal notice to return to home and resume marital life., but till now no response.
Kindly advice on how to make them respond and get my wife and kids back.
In this case you can file restitution of conjugal rights. It states that if one of the spouses abandons the other without any reasonable cause, the aggrieved party has a legal right to file a petition in the matrimonial court for restitution of conjugal rights. if you want to get back your kids then you want to file child custody and if you want to get back your wife then you should file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights Daru would be no solution for this problem
