Negligence by wife in three years ma

Wife is not staying with me. every second month and every day she fights and go to her maternal home. Wife family is threatening to kill me.

Well, if the Wife is threatning to kill you, then you can file a case of Criminal Intimidation against her. You can also firmly make up your mind to grant Divorce to her and as such, inform her in advance, that, if she will not get back to the track, then you have to Divorce her
