Needed advice on divorce after 30 years of marriage

my parents got married for 30 years and we are 3 daughters and no sons, i am the elder got married and have 2 sisters who are doing jobs, my father is a business man and have properties, he is not ready to give the properties to my mother or to 3 of us and not ready to make the marriages of my sisters , as he is having illegal affair, he is torturing my mother whenever she talks about his affairs, and ill treating her from many years, now that she decided to give divorce, what would my mom get from my dad and what we get from him, if they get divorce? we are hindus, backward caste.

hi your mother and you could also file for maintenamce against your father that he is not looking after you in court and could also file for divorce on grounds of cruelty physical and mental one and also for other reliefs and for domestic violence
