Need to put names on 7/12 after my mom death..

My mom name on 7/12 is different (before marriage)and after her marriage name is different .the property is belong to my moms dad .she is don't have any brother..they are three sisters only. Now we want to put our name on her 7/12.

You have to approach Gram sevak and take legal heair on record. After that name of your mom will be in record.
both sister name will be on record

when ur maternal grand father passed?
for this u require all lands 7/12, death certificate, id proof of all sisters. u need to apply for heirship/succession certificate in the court of law.
