need to get them back. if she not coming then Child custody

sunil, I am from Delhi India, I am married for last 11 years, I have a son 9 years old, my wife is from Nepal. she is using abusive language most of the time. I sufferd from OCD(not violent jut contamination) 4 years back,I am taking the medicine and am on consultation with the psychitrist and have improved a lot. I m softwre and web developer by profession running my own. Last Month my wife went to Nepal to see her parents normlly and was supposed to be back on Nov 1,2019. I arranged the ticket and all, now she i refusing to come back and also not sending my son. He is in class 4,he is on leave in school, I m worried about his future, she is not earnings well. please let me know how to proceed, I want my son back.

I have perused the contents of your query and would advise you to issue a legal notice to your spouse enunciating all the facts. Further you may file a divorce petition and get the summons issued through embassy.

in this matter to file child custody case court also announced your favour because you are earning and your wife is not earning person court also take the good decision for the child welfare and Court who is the better parents for the child

Respected sir you want to know about the child custody and you also stated that last month your wife went to Nepal along with your son and now she refused to come back your home . first of all you move a complaint to the police and also file a section 9 of case and child custody case .
