Need legal help against Abusive grandfather

My grandfather is very toxic, verbally abuses my mother and as my father fears society and what will people say if he puts grandfather in old age home.My father has taken no financial help from him ever he has bought his house on his own. My grandfather is a bully, he won't maintain proper hygiene, keeps taps, door,heater,gas On and wont listen to anything, we tried assisting but he doesn't follow a schedule he wakes up at 11, asks for tea at 12 for lunch at 3 again tea at 4 or 5

helo. just file complain against your grandfather and it's good if you collect some evidence against him because in court Or police station your grandfather takes advantage of his age and relation.. contact us for free legal advice

please speak to him for that because there is no legal remedy for the kind of problem you are posing. it is much better to consult a psychologist for who can assist you much better. In my humble opinion such intrinsic matter should not be put forth for legal remedy and one should be encouraged to consult a psychologist to address them
