If he is married than property goes to the widow and his children and also to mother.... But if he was not married than property goes to the his mother only....and if mother is not alive than only property goes to the father and brother and sister's

this depends how your brother as inherited the said property. if the proper is self acquired then the owner of the property will be by his will and if will is not there then the property will be inherited by wife and son and daughter equally. if not than the closest family members.

if he doesnot have class I successors (legal heir) than his property will be goes to his class II heirs as per hindu succession act . after death of your brother property goes as per personal law. you have not mentioned about your self about caste religion. status of your brother wherher married or unmarried/ son/daughters dead or alive. all these things you have to dosclose.
