Need help for marriage purpose legaly

I am muslim woman, got divorced 4 years back and I wish to now marry again, we both live in mumbai, need Qazi for nikah procedure, we dont have witness so can we get witness by help of any lawyer and nikah to be done next month?

you'll need to issue notice of intention of marriage for the period of one month
after one month is over you can marry that person in presence of witnesses
