Need help for legal battle in family issue

1 .my mother gave compliant against me and elder brother and police booked fir. We have not been called for the investigation by police they said fir is booked two days before. What is solution for this police asking for under table money to resolve the case in the station it self is it possible What is the way to get rid of this my mother will not take back the case since she has been pushed by my elder sister and brother and brother in law Also they have taken the medical report from private hospital saying she was in very dangerous position
