need assistance on husbands ditching behaviour

Hi I got married to my husband 10 years back , it was my second marriage , having two daughters ,staying in my own house , my ex husbands property , he died 14 years back. now i am a legally wedded wife of rohit joshi , stayed together, last month he went for a job in africa, later after two days he started creating mess saying cant stay there and to call back him . I have taken loan for him and had made all arrangements on my own , as expect to have a better future . he was earning on 26000 rs here and having 4 kids and we too , He use to do this always as i am earning he left all things on me to run house, he never try to help me out for running my house and to look for a better future. he is least bothered , Even in our relationship of a husband wife , it always seems to be as he had done this marriage only to fulfill his monetary needs. Now his father helped him to come back, he is staying with them in lucknow. as i told him to clear debts first , he is trying to leave india again
