My college requires self attested undertaking on ₹10 stamp paper for getting college laptop.How can I get this done?

section 341 ipc deals with the offence of wrongful restrain example if a person has right to pass along a road or place or to a house if is stopped and not allowed to do so it amounts to an offence of wrongful restrain under 341 of ipc.if a person voluntarily causes hurt called simple hurt like slapping. pushing etc to another it amounts to an offence under section 323 ipc



Q: CHANGE OF AMOUNT MENTIONED IN SALE DEED

There has been a major error in the sale deed of the house I sold in Delhi. The amount of cheque given as advance to me was erronously shown less about 2.5 lakhs. The sale deed was registered in Delhi around a year back.I want to get it rectified, if it amounts to depostiing the excess moneyof 2.5 lakhs in Govt Treasury. The buyer will also cooperate in sigining rectification sale deed. Please guide me to settle this issue.

Respected sirThe sale deed filed has a error can get it retified my filling a application in the registrar office for rectify of sale deed dated _and file the application in the registrar office as the other side is willing to coporate it can be done as it is registered so it will be diffcuilt to cancel and make it afresh that can be done in court long process thanks
