Need assistance on family issue related to my husbands behavior

My husband cheated me... I was knowing that he was married... But he said thy r not living together... So we continued our relationship.. His wife was aware about our relationship... And after 4yrs I came to know.. He is staying with his wife and having one kid... I was so shocked... And at the same time I was pregnant.. So now m having one daughter... And he is not disclosed yet to his family about us... And yesterday he said in front of his wife on phone call that he wants to stay lifetime with his wife and not to interfere in between them.. So in this case what can I do as I m not working now and he don't want to disclose anything to his wife and family... I want fair treatment to my baby... Please suggest

you have two options-
1. to file domestic violence case against your husband and claim maintenance along with compensation.
2. to file FIR against your husband that he cheated upon you and did not disclose his marriage before impressing upon you to marry him.
