Need advice for Wife´s rights in India

I am living with my husband in Germany, he threatens me for divorce and now we will bee going to india for some days , i am scared that he will do something there by which i will be stucked in India and will not be able to come back in Germany. I am doing Job here. nI want to know my rights as Wife, and what steps can i take in case he do something in India ?

He won't do anything in India. The maximum he can do is that he may file a divorce petition. In general, if he doesn't want you to come back to Germany, then he will have to file a criminal complaint, which he may not do. There are chances that he may file a divorce petition. Since how long have you been in Germany?

Don't worry what do u think what he do agains you what threaten given by him explain me Indian law good for wife u origion from India ? don't scared for anything he can't stuck u in India without any big reason
