Need a clarification on inheritance law. My father and mother bought a land together in 1990 in thei

I want to know if my sister can create a legal issue if my dad writes the house in my name and if she has a legal claim on this house. I am ok to compensate her for her share. If she has a claim in the share, how much percent will it be?

Hai Sir I will assist you with respect to the issue that you have raised If the property is ancestral, then your sister will have claims. if it's your father property, your sister can't claim a share for more details fix an appointment with me through LawRato
