We even living separately & concern marriage counselor but she took my husband along with her from con-seller office & he didnt come back for last one month nor tried to contact me. After sending him legal notice he deposited 10K to myA/c from which I have to pay rent, loan installments for households, electicity bill n all please give me a advise, also want to know what right they have on my salary ??

First of all you launch complaint under section 498A to your nearest police station. This would make your case strong further while filing for divorce and maintenance in court of law. Also you can file your case under domestic violence act for mental harassment and torture by your in-laws.

Dear Client,

First thing- You salary is only your property. No one has any right on it. Further, better try to resolve issue amicable. If possible speak with your family and tell them to be a mediator to resolve the issue.

Breaking marriage/ filing divorce is a simple thing, but it has a serious impact on your left over life. SO think 1000 times before taking any decision. Your rest of the questions are purposely not answered, since the answers are fact based. A proper advice can be given post conciliation.

what u wanna
if u wanna only maintenance then u file a petition u/s. 125 of Cr.p.c.
if ur husband is not leaving with u and u leaving separately but u deserve leave him then u file petition for restitution of conjugal rights.
